Diversity & Inclusion Consultant
Inklusiiv is a community with a mission to advance diversity and inclusion in working life. In our community, we share knowledge and best practices, conduct research, organize events, and carry out different projects and campaigns on diversity and inclusion. On top of our community activities, we provide customized consultation and training for organizations to enable them to learn and implement best practices of diversity & inclusion in the workplaces.

We are looking for a team member who has expertise and enthusiasm towards the consultative side of Diversity and Inclusion and also has a big role in building our internal D&I work that we constantly look to improve. You’ll be working closely with different customers from various industries, conducting consultation, training and public speaking about different aspects of diversity and inclusion. You’ll get a chance to work with interesting projects, grow your expertise on D&I and to work in a small, motivated team with a thrive to make a lasting impact.
Conducting trainings, workshops and public speaking about different aspects of diversity, equity and inclusion
Providing DEI (diversity, equity & inclusion) consultation for different clients and projects
Designing, building and developing customized training and presentation materials for different occasions
Working collaboratively with the team to identify improvements on internal processes and practices and develop them forward
Building and developing internal D&I strategy and actions together with the team
Coordinating inquiries, scheduling, proposals and customer communications throughout the sales cycle
Directing the development of service offerings and different materials related to them
Coordinating and developing a Network of Consultants model
In-depth expertise on different aspects of diversity, equity and inclusion (e.g. anti-racism and unconscious biases)
Previous experience on conducting consultation, trainings and public speaking
Good social and communication skills
Effective organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to highly self-organize your work freely and develop things forward effectively
B.Sc. or M.Sc. or equivalent education in a relevant field such as Social Sciences, Education, Human Resources, Business, Communications, Organizational Psychology or on other relevant topics
